GoHighLevel Funnel Templates: How the Library Works
Search Sites, click Funnels, hit New, and HighLevel drops you into the same template system that powers its websites, social posts, emails, documents, ads and forms. GoHighLevel funnel templates aren't a separate product bolted onto the builder.
They're one category inside a shared library that spans multiple marketing areas, with every entry pre-loaded with stock photos and placeholder copy you're expected to replace before anything goes live.
The library sorts by niche and lets you filter by keyword or by color, with larger thumbnails and a toggle between grid and list view.
A "Top trending this week" section shows what other accounts are picking right now, though browsing by industry is usually the faster route once your sub-account and plan-level setup are already sorted, which is exactly the kind of foundational work covered under GHL account setup and configuration.
Where GoHighLevel funnel templates live in your account
Every plan gets full access to the library, from the $97-a-month Starter tier up through Enterprise, with no separate licensing fee attached. What changes by plan is whether you can add to the library yourself.
Agencies on the $497 Agency Pro tier and above can upload their own templates, so every sub-account they manage opens to the same branded starting point. That upload ability is most of what white-label delivery to client sub-accounts actually depends on.
| Plan | Monthly price | Template access |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | $97 | Full template library, no custom uploads |
| Unlimited | $297 | Full template library, no custom uploads |
| Agency Pro | $497 | Full library plus custom template uploads for sub-accounts |
| Enterprise | Custom | Same access as Agency Pro, negotiated terms |
Letting Ask AI build the funnel for you
A newer route skips browsing altogether. HighLevel's Funnel Creation Agent lives inside Ask AI, and you start it by clicking "Generate Funnel" or by typing the request directly.
It asks a short run of context-aware questions about your offer and goal, then builds one of the two funnel types it currently supports: a lead magnet funnel or an appointment funnel.
From there it pulls images automatically from a connected Google Business Profile, or takes a manual upload if you don't have one linked. It applies the color scheme and Brand Voice already set on your account, so the copy comes out consistent rather than generic.
Nothing publishes on its own. The output is a builder link for direct editing plus preview links for each page, which pairs well with whatever workflow automation normally follows a funnel's first form submission.
Webinar funnels run on a separate template gallery
Webinars get their own set of starting points rather than sharing the general library. HighLevel's support docs name four: Blank Live, E-Commerce Marketing Live, Financial Planning Live and DIY Home Remodel Live, each including a registration page, a confirmation page and a broadcast page already built.
You reach them through Sites, then Webinars, then New Webinar Funnel, and the template choice comes last of four setup steps rather than first.
You pick your registration form and add your live link or recording before you ever see a design, so the template only has to fit words you've already written rather than the other way round.
A webinar funnel is still just a funnel once it's live, and what happens after someone registers runs on the same pipeline logic as any other GoHighLevel funnel.
For the stages that follow a registration or an opt-in, how a GoHighLevel sales funnel actually moves a lead to close matters more than which template got it started.
