The GoHighLevel Integrations List, Explained
Search for a GoHighLevel integrations list online and most pages lump together two very different things. One is integrations built straight into the platform. The other is apps that Zapier bridges in from the outside, and they don't behave the same way.
Mixing the two up is how an agency ends up troubleshooting a workflow that was never going to sync the way they assumed.
How to read a GoHighLevel integrations list
A native integration lives inside HighLevel's own settings. You authenticate once, map a few fields, and the platform handles the sync on its own schedule from then on.
Everything else routes through a third party. Zapier and Make sit between HighLevel and whatever app you're connecting, watching for a trigger and firing an action in response.
That extra hop usually works fine. But it adds a separate account, often a separate subscription, and one more place for things to break.
Knowing which category an app falls into before you commit a client's workflow to it is part of what a proper GHL setup and configuration actually involves.
The native integrations already inside HighLevel
Facebook and Instagram Lead Ads sync directly. HighLevel's setup guide describes pulling lead form responses straight into the CRM, where they can automatically trigger workflows, populate pipelines, and start nurture campaigns the moment someone submits a form.
You choose whether to pull in historical submissions or just new ones. That instant handoff is exactly what makes intake automation work for a business that can't afford a lead sitting unanswered overnight.
Payments run through more than one native gateway. Authorize.net connects for order forms, invoices, subscriptions and memberships, though HighLevel's documentation notes the integration is currently limited to card payments, with more methods coming, and it only works for merchants based in the US, Australia or Canada.
Accounting syncs through QuickBooks. Once connected, HighLevel pushes a sales receipt over every time a payment clears and creates an invoice the moment one is marked sent. Support documentation is specific that only invoices marked sent, pending or paid make the trip, never drafts.
| Integration | Connects to | What actually syncs |
|---|---|---|
| Facebook/Instagram Lead Ads | Meta's ad platform | Lead form submissions, mapped to CRM fields |
| Authorize.net | Card payment processing | Order forms, invoices, subscriptions, memberships |
| QuickBooks | Accounting records | Contacts, sales receipts, sent invoices |
| Zapier (LeadConnector) | 30+ outside apps | Pipeline changes trigger actions in other tools |
Where the Zapier integration picks up
HighLevel's own Zapier profile, listed under the LeadConnector name, is narrower than people expect: one trigger and five actions. The trigger fires on a pipeline stage change.
The actions cover adding or updating a contact, adding or updating an opportunity, adding a lead to a workflow, stopping all workflows for a lead, and adding a task. Everything past that point is the other app's side of the Zap.
Still, that reaches plenty: Typeform, Gravity Forms, HubSpot, Salesforce, ClickUp, monday.com, Airtable and CallRail all sit on the other end of a Zap once you search for HighLevel inside Zapier and authenticate with OAuth.
Treat Zapier as the fallback, not the default. A native connection updates on HighLevel's own schedule and doesn't carry a second subscription. Reach for Zapier once you've confirmed the app you need isn't one of the native ones, and build the workflow automation around the trigger that actually fires.
Most agencies hit trouble not because an integration failed, but because two of them fired on the same contact at once.
A Facebook lead synced into a pipeline and a Zapier action updating that same contact seconds later can race each other if the workflow wasn't built to expect it.
Check which integration owns a given field before a second one touches it, the same way timing gets handled in an abandoned cart recovery flow.
