GoHighLevel vs Bitrix24: Which CRM Fits Your Business?

Picking a winner in GoHighLevel vs Bitrix24 depends less on which tool has more features and more on what you're actually trying to run.

Bitrix24 is built as a single company's operating system: CRM, tasks, HR and an intranet under one subscription. GoHighLevel is built to run other businesses' marketing and sales from inside your own agency account, with sub-accounts for every client baked into the structure from the start.

That difference shows up before you ever open either dashboard.

Bitrix24 charges one flat fee per organization and lets you add as many users as the plan allows on Bitrix24's pricing page, which suits a business managing its own pipeline.

GoHighLevel's pricing page charges per agency account instead, then lets that account hold an unlimited number of client sub-accounts on its higher tiers. That suits a business managing other people's pipelines for a living.

GoHighLevel vs Bitrix24: the core difference

Bitrix24's free plan already includes basic CRM, task boards and video calls.

Its paid tiers add sales automation, call tracking and HR tools as the organization grows past a handful of users. There's no sub-account structure because there's no need for one: one account, one company.

GoHighLevel skips the free tier entirely.

Every paid plan, starting at the Starter tier, includes unlimited contacts and unlimited users, plus the CRM, workflow automation, email and SMS marketing, and website and funnel tools an agency would otherwise buy separately.

The Founder plan adds SaaS mode, which lets an agency white-label the whole platform, bill clients through Stripe automatically and provision new sub-accounts without manual setup.

Comparing the pricing plans

Annual billing changes both platforms' numbers enough that it's worth lining the tiers up directly.

PlanMonthly price (annual billing)What it unlocks
Bitrix24 Basic$495 users, sales automation, email and WhatsApp integration
Bitrix24 Standard$9950 users, unlimited leads, e-signature, WhatsApp marketing
Bitrix24 Professional$199100 users, sales automation, call tracking, RPA, HR tools
GoHighLevel Starter$973 sub-accounts, full CRM and marketing stack, unlimited contacts
GoHighLevel Unlimited$297Unlimited sub-accounts, white-label desktop app, API access

Since September 1, 2026, Bitrix24 has also split every paid tier into an Essentials version and a pricier Vibe+ version, which adds extended AI limits, the Vibecode app builder and unlimited Market apps on top of the same base plan.

GoHighLevel keeps its core tools identical across every tier instead, and bills phone, SMS, email and premium AI usage separately. That matters once you're running those costs through client invoices rather than absorbing them internally.

Who each platform actually suits

Bitrix24's own reviewers are consistent on one point.

A CRM.org review of the platform found it suits small to medium businesses that want one tool covering CRM, tasks and collaboration, but flagged a real learning curve and inconsistent support responsiveness once you're configuring workflows across multiple modules.

GoHighLevel doesn't carry that same breadth. It has no HR module, no intranet and no Gantt charts.

What it has instead is a structure built around managing many client accounts from one place, which is the whole reason agencies choose it over a general business suite in the first place.

Bitrix24's flat per-organization pricing and all-in-one toolset are hard to argue with for a single company running its own operations. Once the job is managing marketing, sales or automation for other businesses, the sub-account model and the SaaS CRM Launch path matter more than any single feature comparison.

We handle the GHL setup and configuration and the white-label support that keeps those client accounts running once they're live. For the other comparison agencies run into most, our breakdown of GoHighLevel vs HubSpot covers it.
