What a Branded GoHighLevel Mobile App Really Costs

What a GoHighLevel white label mobile app actually replaces

A GoHighLevel white label mobile app swaps out the generic LeadConnector shell your clients would otherwise download for a build carrying your agency's own name, icon and colors. HighLevel's own pricing guide puts a number on that upgrade: $497 a month, or $1,491 if you pay quarterly instead.

That cost sits on top of whatever subscription tier you're already paying for. It isn't a replacement plan, and the desktop version works differently too, as we cover in our piece on the GoHighLevel white label desktop app.

Two different white-label mobile products, two different prices

Before you commit to the agency-wide app, it's worth knowing HighLevel sells a second option built for a narrower job. The Branded Client Portal Mobile App runs $79 a month per location, resold client by client rather than branding your whole agency's footprint under one app store listing.

Selling it creates two separate billing relationships: one between your client's payment method and your own Stripe account, where you set the price, and a second between your agency and HighLevel for that flat $79 fee.

Getting that Stripe connection and the sub-account pricing right before clients start buying is the kind of setup work covered under GHL setup and configuration.

Branding options inside the Mobile App Customiser

Once you've picked the agency-wide app, the branding happens in the Mobile App Customiser, reached through Agency View, then Mobile App, then Customise App.

It walks you through the app name, logo, primary color and font first, then a login screen with its own title, subtitle and call-to-action text, then light and dark splash screens for the moment the app launches.

You can also add custom modules. Each one gets a title, a URL, an icon, and a choice between opening inside the app or in a mobile browser, with role-based visibility deciding who sees it.

There's a cap on how many you can add, though the documentation doesn't say what that limit is.

If you're still working out which plan unlocks which white-label feature, what each plan includes covers that separately.

What publishing to the app stores costs on top

Customizing the app doesn't put it on a client's phone. Publishing it does, and that's a separate job with its own fees. Submitting the iOS build through App Store Connect needs an active Apple Developer Account, which Apple's own program page prices at $99 a year.

Google's side is cheaper and one-time. A Google Play Console registration costs a flat $25, charged once, with no recurring or per-app fee afterward.

Once everything clears review, HighLevel's own publishing guide notes the app can go out across 175 countries and regions from a single submission.

Figure out which problem you're actually solving before you open the customizer. An agency chasing one unified brand across every sub-account wants the $497 option and the App Store work that comes with it.

An agency reselling a portal client by client, where each one covers its own cost, fits the $79-per-location product better and never touches App Store Connect at all.

Either way, turning that decision into a working app without losing a month to app review is what our white-label support work handles.
